Prioritizing self-care is essential for maintaining overall health and well-being. It can improve your physical health, mental health, prevents burn out, increases your productivity, improves relationships and boots your self-esteem.

Thing you can do to prioritise self-care

  2. Engage in Relaxation Techniques: Practice relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing exercises, or mindfulness to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
