Changes to the Blue Badge Application

After user feedback and various testing, we are pleased to announce that positive changes have been made to the application form on our website for Blue Badges. Changes include:
- Providing an option for documents to be uploaded at a later date or sent by post or email for new applications and renewals.
- Providing a link back to the application form on an email so it is easily accessible, giving users the option to save and exit their progress and come back to the form.
- We have added PNG files as an accepted document.
- Also, the user is now stopped if they provide a postcode which is out of the county.
We are always looking at the apps we provide on the website, ensuring that they are as effective and user friendly as possible.
