We have recently migrated our website to the cloud allowing us to make financial savings through the decommissioning of the servers which previously hosted the site.
We are now embarking on an ambitious project with our web provider to redevelop the site.
As a part of this we aim to improve the user journey and increase the use of the channel over telephone and face to face contacts. We also want to introduce a range of functionality including customer accounts and personas, which will not only improve user experience but provide the organisation with data and insight to help deliver better and more targeted services.
By using an Agile project approach for this project there will be incremental and visible delivery taking place all the time between now and the end of the year and, of course, we will be documenting this delivery in the blog section of this site so watch this space.
