Cloud Navigator will help us to envisage, define and plan a strategic review of how we deliver technology and adoption of cloud services.
It will assist us to re-invent ICT functions, retiring outdated, expensive and inflexible on-premises datacentres, legacy service providers and re-engaging ICT as an agent for transformations.
What does this involve?
Planning – Detailed planning and implementation support, based on experience of Microsoft Services in thousands of other engagements and how they have helped benefit those organisations.
Training – Workshops and chalk-and-talks covering all aspects of Microsoft cloud services, migration, development and support.
Setup and Migration – A bespoke cloud migration services based on our needs, from purely technical / lift-and-shift services to more comprehensive strategic cloud adoption programmes, including application rationalisation, user-adoption and structural/organisation/process change.
Quality Assurance and Performance Testing – Depending on our requirements, we will undertake QA and performance testing as appropriate to the project.
Rollout and ongoing support – a comprehensive range of support across all of our cloud services, including Office 365.
