We are pleased to say that we are in the top 10 councils for website satisfaction in March 2018!
GovMetric is available on all our website pages for customers to leave any feedback they feel necessary about their online experience. We monitor the comments throughout the week, replying to customers to investigate further and help resolve any issues if they have left contact details, and forwarding various comments to certain service teams for them to take on board.
It’s a great way for us to see how our website is working for the people that are using it and it helps us fix any issues or tweak systems so that our online services are as efficient as they can be. To be in the top 10 councils is an excellent acknowledgment that our attention to detail is working in a positive way.
